For MASS CARDS and PERPETUAL ENROLLMENTS,  kindly fill out the request form (click link for the form) and mail to the Sister, ensuring to fill out all information clearly. Please no emails.

SUGGESTED DONATION:

• $15 for Mass

• $25 for Perpetual Enrollments

Cash or check is acceptable. You may also donate ONLINE. (but please note that you will still need fill out the request form and mail to the Sisters).

Because these Mass cards and Perpetual Enrollments are HANDWRITTEN, please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery by mail.
